1.ORDERING:

-Fill in the order form

-Confirmation Email/Sms will be sent to you after we have recieved your order.

-Please do reply to this confirmation email/sms

-If you realise you do not want the item any longer, you can only cancel it by replying to the confirmation email/sms

-Later requests to cancel will be ignored and BLACKLISTED.

2.PAYMENT

-FOC Meet Ups at Sengkang/Hougang/Serangoon MRT Stations

- Meet Ups ONLY at Purple Line. However, charges may apply.

-Concealed Cash (BY REGISTERED MAIL ONLY!)

3.COLLECTION:

-Meet Ups are PREFERRED!

-Postage at Reciever's risk. We will not bear the cost of merchandise lost in the mail!

-Postage Cost is paid for by YOU.

-PUNCTUALITY! Late for more than 10mins and FEES WILL APPLY!

-GIVE AT LEAST 1 HOUR NOTICE IF UNABLE TO MEET.

-Inform us early if Change is needed!

4. OTHER RULES

-Items sold are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

- DEAD BUYERS WILL BE BLACKLISTED IMMEDIATELY. No backing out once orders are confirmed!

- Should You back out after order is confirmed and you have paid any amount of money to us, we will only refund you 50% of the amount!

- Backing Out only allowed when item is Out Of Stock. Or case-by-case basis.

-We allow swapping only if we want the item!

-HandsOnDesires is not responsible for any cash or merchandise that gets lost in the mail.

-If two parties are interested in the same item, bidding will occur and the highest bidder will get the item.-Reservations are available.

-Customers who purchase 2 or more items which amount to at least $30 are entitled to discounts!
